As an army brat, my life has been a series of adventures across the United States and beyond. From the vast landscapes of Montana to the bustling streets of New York, I’ve had the privilege of calling many places home. My international journey took me to Stuttgart, Germany, where I spent three memorable years during high school. These experiences have shaped my perspective and instilled in me a deep appreciation for diversity and new horizons.

I’d like to say that I willingly enlisted in the military, but the truth is that one day, my father had two recruiters sitting on my porch, and my journey began. Basic training was the first step, followed by a deployment to Kuwait. However, my path wasn’t limited to the military.

In between basic training and Kuwait, I pursued an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems at Genesee Community College. Later, I continued my educational journey at SUNY Brockport, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. It was during this time that I began to discover my passion for technology.

At first, my interest in technology was more of a casual affair. I enjoyed video games and was comfortable with technology, so computer science seemed like a natural fit. However, it wasn’t until I spent countless hours working on a project, grappling with challenges, and ultimately achieving success that I truly fell in love with software development. The satisfaction of seeing my creations come to life ignited a fire within me.

But my journey didn’t stop there. As I built my own PC, I delved into the hardware side of technology. The process of assembling, customizing, and optimizing my own computer was a revelation, and I found myself drawn to the intricacies of hardware.

Today, I am eagerly looking ahead to the future. My goal is to merge my passions for software development and hardware to explore the exciting realm of network automation. I believe that this intersection holds immense potential for innovation and growth, and I can’t wait to embark on this journey.
